PSCC 2025 will have multiple hotel options in Galveston, with rooms ranging from $169-$209 per night. 

Please note: A hotel registration link to book a room will be provided to members after their event registration is confirmed.

* Hotel blocks close when sold out. The hotel block link will be contained within the registration confirmation email to attendees after they register for the conference.

SHUTTLE & PARKING INFORMATION

Free shuttle buses will run between the Convention Center, Holiday Inn, Hilton, and San Luis Resort continuously throughout the conference. Attendees should expect to wait no more than 10 minutes between shuttles. 

For people driving in for the day, complimentary parking is available in the two-story parking garage located below the Convention Center. There are two entrances to the garage, one on 57th street, and another in the Hilton parking lot. There are over 700 parking spaces available.  

Wi-Fi is complimentary in all meeting spaces however, we have different Wi-Fi passwords for the Convention Center and the San Luis Resort. Information for both are listed below:
