Gold Sponsorship (1 available) - $5000 SOLD

• Branded logo splash screen in conference app
• Branded logo displayed on registration kiosk screens
• Branded logo displayed on select onsite signs (not available after 1/8/2024)
• Preferred booth placement in exhibit hall
• Access to virtual exhibit space

Silver Sponsorship (6 available) - $2000 CLOSED

• Branded logo displayed on registration kiosk screens
• Branded logo displayed on select onsite signs (not available after 1/8/2024)
• Preferred booth placement in exhibit hall
• Access to virtual exhibit space 
• Sponsor listing on conference website and conference app

Exhibit Booths

Exhibitors are an integral part of the conference. You offer attendees the chance to learn about and purchase cutting-edge resources relevant to professional counselors.

Exhibit Booths – $650 SOLD

Standard booths include:

• 10x10 booth space
• 6ft draped table
• 1 company sign 
• 2 comfortable rolling chairs
• 1 waste basket
• Marketing listing in conference app and conference website

Additional Amenities: 

• Booth upgrades such as electricity, internet, and enhanced furnishings will be available for an additional fee through our event decorator, Freeman and the event venue. Details on pricing and orders will be provided in your final exhibitor confirmation approximately 4-weeks prior to the event. 
• Our conference app and reservations vendor, Cvent, will also offer a leads capture feature for an additional cost. Details will be provided in your final exhibitor confirmation.
